Emotional Fitness

Emotionally, many people suffer from one of two extremes: some are out of control emotionally, their emotions keep them on a constant roller coaster ride and they live in a constant state of turmoil.  Their emotions rule their lives.  On the other extreme are people who try to deny their emotionality; they think the key to emotional happiness is to become non-emotional.  Both extremes are faulty; balance is key.  We will discuss seven primarily painful emotions: fear, anger, hurt, guilt, condemnation, stress, and shame.
